And if only part of your group is biking, the others can simply walk a few steps to the base, relax, explore, or take in the action.
Beyond biking, you’re surrounded by endless ways to enjoy the outdoors. Scenic hiking and trail running begin just outside your door, while nearby Big Bear Lake offers kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, and fishing. For everyone’s comfort and peace of mind, we have three exterior security cameras as well as a noise monitor. The cameras are located at the front door, on the balcony, and on the patio. The noise level monitor simply measures sound levels in decibels—it does not record conversations.
Rest assured, there are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas. The cameras and are only checked if something unusual happens, so you can relax and enjoy your stay.
As part of the booking process, guests are required to sign a rental agreement, which includes the City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy at the time of booking and prior to their stay. Security deposit required of $1,000. Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card
